This is how it works:
Step 1
Login to the portal
You can find our dealer portal at https://portal.elvinci.de/. Log in there with your e-mail address and password.
You will receive your access data after registration and activation by our team. Register yourself HERE if you have not yet applied for access.
Step 2
Overview page
After logging in, you will be taken to the overview page in the dealer portal. There you will see various menu items:
You can purchase ready-made promotional packages directly, view packages put together for you by a sales representative (after prior contact with the sales department), create your own packages according to your preferences, and clearly track your orders at any time.
Step 3
Adjust settings
With the gear symbol in the top bar, you can also change your language settings and adapt the password of your user account.
Step 4
Create your own packages
Let's move on to one of the most important functions in our dealer portal: the Create your own packages. To get started and see all available products, first click on "All products".
Step 5
Find products
You will now see all the products available for creating your own packages.
You can make any selection here. Please note that the minimum order quantity is 5 devices.
Step 6
Add product to shopping cart & product details
Via the button "Add" you can add a product to your shopping cart. Click on "Details" for further information - for example the detailed test report of the product.
Step 7
Search & Filter
With the Search bar and filters such as brand, product category or price range you can find the goods you are looking for.
Step 8
Order pallets
To buy pallets, click in the top menu on "Pallets" and then "All pallets". You can now select any palette and add it to your shopping cart.
Step 9
Shopping cart
Under "Shopping cart" you can check your selection, remove products if necessary and finish the process with "Create Package"
Step 10
Finalize order
Before ordering, you will see an overview of your parcel again and must confirm this in the last step with "Place order"
Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved - a reservation is only made when the order is completed.

To give you a first impression, we provide you with free demo access. There you can experience the functions of Build Your Own Package live and get to know the dealer portal at your leisure.

Difference between demo and full version
You will only see offers created individually for you by the sales department after your personal activation. These prepared packages can be adapted to your requirements: you can exchange up to 20% of the goods and add further items if necessary to achieve optimum truck utilization. This reduces transport costs and increases the efficiency of your purchasing.

How transparent is the condition of the articles?
Each product has high-resolution images, a clear condition description and a points score. You know exactly what you are buying - no surprises.
How fast is delivery?
All orders are processed directly. Delivery takes place within a few days - by forwarding agent or for collection by the customer.
How do I get access to the dealer portal?
Register using our online form. After verification and activation by our sales team, you will receive your personal access data by e-mail and can start shopping immediately.
